அடுத்து 'ஆ'வன்னா
கடைசியில் சேர்த்தது
பணத்தால் ஆனதுதானா.....!

இந்தக் கவிதை கல்வியின் ஆரம்ப நிலையிலிருந்து பொருளாதார நோக்கத்தின் பயணத்தைப் பரிசீலிக்கிறது. அரிசி கற்களில் முதல் எழுத்துகளை எழுதுவது, கல்வியின் தொடக்கமும் வளர்ச்சியும் குறிக்கிறது. ஆனால், “கடைசியில் சேர்த்தது பணத்தால் ஆனதுதானா?” என்ற கேள்வி, அறிவின் இறுதி இலக்கு செல்வமாக மாறிவிட்டதா என்ற ஆழ்ந்த சிந்தனையை உருவாக்குகிறது. இந்தக் கவிதை கல்வியின் உண்மையான மதிப்பை நம் மனதில் பதித்து, பொருளாதார வெற்றியால் மட்டுமே வாழ்க்கையின் நோக்கம் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட வேண்டுமா என்பதைப் பரிசீலிக்குமாறு அழைக்கிறது.
